Senior Electrical Tender & Studies Engineer

Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced Electrical Tender Senior Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems to prepare and manage technical and financial proposals.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing client requirements, developing competitive bids, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:Tender Preparation:Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.Prepare accurate technical and financial proposals, including BOQs and cost estimates.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotations and technical data.Project Analysis:Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies for tendered projects.Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and company policies.Collaboration:Work closely with internal departments, such as design, procurement, and project management, to gather necessary inputs for tender preparation.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions to clarify project scope and requirements.Documentation:Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, cost breakdowns, and schedules.Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes for future reference.Support:Provide technical support to the team during the tendering process and project negotiations.Assist in identifying areas for improvement in tendering procedures.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering .Experience:3–6 years of experience in electrical tendering, with a strong focus on HVAC projects.Technical Skills:Solid understanding of electrical systems, HVAC integration, and related industry standards.Proficiency in tendering tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of cost estimation, value engineering, and technical proposal preparation.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Additional certification in HVAC systems or electrical project management.Experience in multinational or large-scale projects.
