The RoleAs a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technology tools and engineering.

You will work closely with the founders to build a scalable technology organization, drive innovation, and ensure our products are secure, reliable, scalable, and future-ready.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products and digital solutions.Architect scalable cloud-native applications and software platforms.Develop enterprise-grade database architectures and data governance.Drive digital transformation initiatives for internal operations and solutions.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that provide competitive advantages.Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, scalability, and system reliability.Establish engineering best practices, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality standards.Collaborate with business to deliver innovative solutions aligned with company goals.Manage technology budgets, and infrastructure planning.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of software engineering experience in senior technology leadership.Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.Extensive experience leading digital transformation.Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures and microservices.Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and data engineering.Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.Strong understanding of DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud security.Experience building AI SaaS platforms.Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and MLOps.Experience with analytics, and data visualization platforms.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
