Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (Motion) to lead the development of visually compelling motion graphics and digital content.

This role combines strong design fundamentals with advanced animation skills to create engaging visual storytelling across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for motion design, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals that align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and video contentCollaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts and visual narrativesLead the motion design process from storyboard to final deliveryEnsure consistency of brand identity across all visual and motion assetsMentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative directionStay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging motion techniquesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesOptimize motion graphics for various platforms (web, mobile, social media)Work closely with video editors, copywriters, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience designing social media content, marketing assets, and digital campaigns
• Strong experience in motion graphics and animated social media content
• Ability to create print-ready files for marketing materials (posters, table tents, QR menus, etc.)
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and social media design work
