Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand and projects.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual concepts across multiple platforms, ensuring strong brand consistency, and supporting the marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns for real estate developments.This role goes beyond execution — it requires a strong sense of art direction, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns.

Design and produce high-quality visuals for: Social media campaigns Digital advertisements Outdoor advertising (billboards, signage, hoardings)

Brochures, company profiles, and sales materials Presentations ...etc Event and exhibition branding Ensure full consistency with brand identity and guidelines across all outputs.

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, media buying, and sales teams.

Develop visual directions, mood boards, and campaign identities.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or real estate experience is a plus).

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and visual identity work.Technical Skills Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Experience in digital marketing design and social media content creation.

Knowledge of print production and prepress processes.

Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.

Ability to work with AI design tools is an advantage.
