Senior Graphic Designer

Design and develop packaging artwork for pharmaceutical products in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms.Create social media advertising creatives, website visuals, presentations, branding materials, and other communication assets.Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications and marketing channels.Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with suppliers, printers, and external partners when required.Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective creative solutions and campaigns.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance and support when needed.Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, packaging innovations, and emerging creative technique

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.5+ years of professional graphic design experience.Proven experience in Packaging Design, preferably within pharmaceutical companies.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, visual storytelling, and print production.Experience creating packaging artwork, marketing materials, social media creatives, and digital advertising campaigns.Ability to develop creative concepts from brief to final execution.Experience working in fast-paced corporate marketing teams or agency environments.Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design and creative marketing work.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
