Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager)

Job Title: Interior Design Manager / Senior Interior DesignerUniform Architects is looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager / Senior Interior Designer to lead the design process from concept development through construction documentation for high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.The ideal candidate is a creative designer with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional design quality and meeting project deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead interior design projects from concept through construction documentation.Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design development packages.Review and manage detailed interior design drawings and construction documentation.Ensure compliance with project briefs, client requirements, applicable standards, and local regulations.Lead client presentations and design review meetings.Mentor and supervise junior designers and technical staff.Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups during project execution when required.Maintain the highest standards of design quality, detailing, and documentation.Passion for delivering outstanding design solutions and continuously improving design quality.If you're passionate about creating exceptional interior environments and want to work on exciting international projects, we'd love to hear from you.

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.7+ years of professional interior design experience.Proven experience leading luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and detailed technical documentation.Excellent knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.Strong understanding of construction methods and coordination with MEP and architectural disciplines.Experience preparing complete IFC and tender documentation is highly desirable.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.Software RequirementsAutoCADAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)3ds Max and Corona Renderer (preferred)Microsoft OfficeAi toolsWhat We're Looking ForStrong design sense with excellent attention to detail.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
