Job Description
Job Purpose:Manage and build relationships with the company’s most strategic clients and ensure client satisfaction, maintain long-term partnerships, and drive revenue through tailored trading solutions.Main job duties and responsibilities:Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients in domestic and international markets.Act as the primary focal point between clients and internal departments (Logistics, Finance, and Procurement).Understand clients' business needs and develop customized trading solutions.Monitor client account performance and identify growth opportunities.Ensure timely delivery of products and services in accordance with client expectations.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure smooth execution of deals.Track market and customer trends to provide strategic insights to senior management.Prepare account reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports.Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain strong client relationships.Mentor and guide junior account managers or support staff, when applicable.Perform any additional tasks necessary to support workflow within the scope of the job's specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.
From 5 – 7 years of experience in relevant field.
