Senior Logistics Specialist

Develop and execute logistics plans aligned with business and supply chain objectives.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and 3PL providers.Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance.Coordinate air and sea freight shipments from origin to warehouse.Handle customs clearance processes, duty payments, ACID registrations, and all import-related regulatory requirements.Ensure timely issuance and delivery of shipment documentation.Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding receiving, storage, and inventory activities.Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.Track logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports.Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international shipping standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service performance.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international shipping regulations.Experience handling sea and air freight shipments.Familiarity with ACID registration and import documentation processes.Experience dealing with freight forwarders and customs brokers.SAP experience is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
