Senior Logistics Specialist (Import & Export)

- Manage and oversee day-to-day import and export operations.- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution.- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues.- Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping and customs documentation.- Support customs clearance activities and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.- Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics activities with business requirements.- Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.- Prepare logistics reports and provide regular updates to management.Support and guide junior team members when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain management.- Proven experience on dealing with freight forwarders, customs clearance processes, and international shipments.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication.- Very Good command of English, both written and spoken.
