Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsible for preparing detailed engineering designs and manufacturing drawings for automatic doors and metal systems, translating operational requirements into precise, executable designs that meet high standards of quality and safety.Design automatic doors and mechanical solutions using engineering software (such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD).Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings for cutting, bending, assembly, and welding processes.Select appropriate metal materials and thicknesses to ensure durability and proper mechanics of door movement.Coordinate continuously with production and workshop teams to resolve technical issues during manufacturing or installation.Review estimations and take site measurements when necessary to ensure precise execution.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Design).Experience: Solid experience in engineering design and metal systems, preferably with a background in automatic doors, garage gates, or architectural metalwork.Technical Skills:Proficiency in SolidWorks (specifically Sheet Metal and Weldments).Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills for collaborating with production and sales teams.
