Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) based on IFC drawings and project specifications.Ensure that all mechanical drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure proper integration.Experience in designing supply, drainage and fire lines...etc.Experience in using the Revit program to integrate with the rest of the architectural, construction and electrical departments.Experience in site implementation work as the work will require site visits and follow-up on site implementation work.Prepare 3D BIM model using RevitExtract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentationPerforms routine tasks under general supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.

Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.5-7 years of experience in technical office, Construction/ Design MEP & site supervision in Egypt.High teamwork skills.Problem solverProficient in CAD software including Revit and AutoCAD.Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plusStrong team collaboration and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
