Key Responsibilities:Lead the comprehensive preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders for complex mechanical and electrical projects.Conduct thorough reviews of RFQ/RFP documents, identifying project scope, technical requirements, and potential risks.Perform detailed cost estimations, material take-offs, and resource planning to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to develop optimized solutions and integrate various system components (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems).Engage in client communication and negotiation, presenting technical proposals and addressing inquiries with confidence and expertise.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, securing competitive quotes for equipment and services.Ensure all tender submissions comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within the tendering department.

Your Extraordinary Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in tendering or proposals specifically within the mechanical and/or electrical engineering sectors.Core Skills: Demonstrated mastery in Tendering, Mechanical Engineering principles, Cost Estimation, and Proposal Writing.

Exceptional abilities in Project Management, Negotiation, and Contract Management are paramount.Technical Acumen: Proficient understanding of HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, and Fire Fighting Systems.
