Senior Mechanical Tender Engineer

Responsibilities:Lead the full tendering process for mechanical systems, from initial inquiry to final submission.Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and requirements.Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimations for mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, procurement, and project management to gather necessary inputs.Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure technical alignment.Present tender proposals to clients and participate in negotiation processes to secure contracts.Stay abreast of market trends, material costs, and innovative mechanical engineering solutions.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles, coupled with hands-on experience in Tendering and bid management.
