Job Description

We are looking for a Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

Your main goal is to maximize ROI and drive conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Budgeting: Allocate and optimize daily/monthly ad spends to ensure maximum efficiency.Targeting: Conduct audience research and build tailored targeting strategies (Custom & Lookalike Audiences).A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, hooks, and landing pages to improve performance.Data & Reporting: Monitor daily KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide concise weekly/monthly performance reports.Team Collaboration: Work with copywriters and designers to guide creative direction based on data.

Experience: 1:5 years of experience as a Media Buyer (Agency experience is a plus).Proven Track Record: A portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and strong ROAS.Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, read pixels, and track setups (Google Analytics, CAPI).Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and handle multiple client accounts.Perks:Competitive salary + performance-based bonusesDynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
