Senior MEP Mechanical Site Engineer

Supervise and oversee all mechanical site activities related to MEP projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless execution of mechanical works.Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and industry standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.Ensure all mechanical works are executed within the project timeline and budget constraints.Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate the timely delivery and installation of mechanical materials and equipment.Support the resolution of technical queries and provide guidance to junior engineers and site teams.

4-5 years of experience in Site Works (HVAC specially in VRV or VRF is a Plus, Firefighting, Plumbing).Previous Experience in Electromechanical Contracting or in a Construction Company is a MUST.Graduated from Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.Good in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure.
