Senior Procurement Officer

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for medical equipment, healthcare supplies, consumables, and operational services across Egypt and the UK.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality products/services.Prepare and process purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance and service levels.Coordinate with internal departments including operations, finance, logistics, and clinical teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives by tracking procurement expenses and reporting savings opportunities.Handle procurement-related issues such as delayed deliveries, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.Maintain accurate procurement records and support audit requirements when needed.Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday off ).Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM.Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Professional procurement certification is an advantage.4 - 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.Previous experience in healthcare, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, or hospital procurement preferred.Experience managing procurement activities across multiple regions or international markets (especially Egypt and the UK) is highly desirable.Experience dealing with local and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs processes.
