You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative features and functionalities that cater to our global audience.

Role Objectives: Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to release planning and success assessment.Collaboration: Work with the Engineering team to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features.Release Management: Own the planning and roll-out of new features.Backlog Management: Maintain a groomed and prioritized product backlog based on business impact and effort.User Advocacy: Represent the voice of the users, advocating the product vision and direction to all business, UX, and engineering teams.Strategy and Vision: Own product KPIs, strategy, and vision.Stakeholder Collaboration: Encourage cross-functional team collaboration on shared objectives.Impact Analysis: Lead the impact analysis of new features before and after development phases.Iteration Management: Oversee the development stages from kick-off sessions to evaluating product progress at each iteration.

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a product-based environment.Strong communication, presentation, and detail-orientation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
