Job Description
- Al Mahrousa is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for a modern, AI-powered platform.
- You'll own the product from vision to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing to build something people rely on.
- As Senior Product Manager, you'll define the product vision and roadmap, deeply
- understand our users and market, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver features
- that create real value.
You'll turn research and data into clear priorities, and
- you'll be accountable for the product's success.
- What you'll do

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with
- business goals
•
- Conduct market and user research, and translate insights into clear product
Requirements & Qualifications
- - 5+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a
- product or product area
•
- Proven track record of shipping products and driving measurable results
•
- Strong technical understanding and comfort working closely with engineering teams
•
- Solid data and analytics skills, including experimentation (A/B testing) and metrics
•
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
•
- Experience with market research, user research, and translating insights into
- product requirements
•
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
•
- Experience with Agile / Scrum ways of working
•
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Nice to have
•
- Experience with AI-powered products, or comfort using AI tools in the product workflow
•
- Experience in B2B or SaaS products
•
- Familiarity with identity, security, or enterprise software
