Senior Product / Process Quality Control

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product / Process Quality Control (PQC)

Engineer to oversee in-process and final product quality activities.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading improvement initiatives, and managing quality control operations within the production environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor in-process and final product inspections.Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and specifications.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management review.Develop and improve quality control procedures and documentation.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.Lead internal audits and support external audits.Train and mentor QC inspectors and junior engineers.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma).Monitor KPIs related to product quality and process performance.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or related field).3–7 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.Experience in home appliances field is recommended (in Plastic, sheet metal and assembly).Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, Control Plans).Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.Experience in handling customer complaints and supplier quality issues.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good command of English (written & spoken).Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Preferred QualificationsSix Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus.Experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation.Audit certification is an advantage.
