Job Description
We’re Hiring – Senior Production & Quality EngineerMasry Group for Firefighting SystemsMasry Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Production & Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and support continuous operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and supervise daily production operations.Ensure implementation of quality standards and inspection procedures.Apply ISO, UL, and NFPA standards within production and quality processes.Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production and quality issues.Coordinate with technical, procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams.Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements.Prepare production and quality reports for management.Follow up on testing, quality control procedures, and final product inspections.Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.Supervise shop floor activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
BSc in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience in Firefighting Systems or HVAC industry is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and production/quality software.Experience in factories or industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Overseas experience or supervisory background is a plus.
Locations:Factory (1): 10th of Ramadan, SharqiaFactory (2): East of Rubiky, Badr CityWorking Days: Saturday – ThursdayWorking Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements & Qualifications
