Senior Production Engineer

Allocates follows up on the daily production plan across lines.Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress.Maintain quality service level by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Estimating costs and preparing budgets.Supervises production during the different stages and work on solving all the problems.Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.Ensure that all output meets quality standards and specifications.Ensure the availability of all raw materials in order to ensure a smooth production process.Liaise with other departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements.Organize and implement the handling of production wastes.Enforce health and safety precautions.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience.Strong background in Heavy industries is a plus.Certified Lean Six Sigma and Strong experience in Lean.IWS Knowledge is preferred.Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).Strong ability to stick to deadlines.Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing assigned tasks.
