senior Production Engineer

Execute daily and weekly production plans to ensure production targets are achieved.Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to assign technicians and workers according to production priorities.Monitor production processes and provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues promptly.Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure production equipment and machinery operate efficiently with minimum downtime.Follow up with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments regarding shortages of raw materials, consumables, and production supplies.Coordinate with the Quality Department to investigate and resolve manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with production procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.Monitor productivity, production efficiency, and resource utilization.Prepare production reports and communicate production status to management.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel fabrication, pressure vessels, tanks, or heavy metal industries.Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, assembly, and manufacturing operations.Good understanding of ASME Codes and Standards related to the fabrication and manufacturing of pressure vessels and steel tanks.Good understanding of production planning and quality control principles.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

ERP experience is an advantage.
