Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsInspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to detect non-conformitiesInvestigate root causes of defects and recommend corrective and preventive actionsDevelop, update, and maintain quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection protocolsPrepare quality reports and present findings to management on a regular basisLead internal audits and support certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001)Train and guide junior QA staff and production teams on quality standards and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, R&D) to resolve quality issues and improve processes

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related field)
Professional Experience:3-5 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong background in quality standards, inspection methods, and defect root-cause analysis. C.
