Senior Site Architectural Engineer

The Senior Site Architectural Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing architectural construction, renovation, and fit-out projects across Alfa Medical Group facilities.The role ensures that all architectural site activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved architectural drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.

The Senior Site Architectural Engineer also oversees contractors, coordinates with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality architectural works from project initiation through final handover.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.4–7 years of experience in architectural site engineering, construction, interior fit-out, or finishing projects.Previous experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical facilities, or commercial building projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods, finishing works, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Proven experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and multiple site activities simultaneously.Experience coordinating architectural works with MEP, structural engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, and architectural site execution.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver projects within established timelines.Willingness to travel between project sites as required.PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.
