Senior Site Engineer

Review the required resources (human resources – raw materials - equipment) with the manager and agree on a plan to provide them until the completion of the implementation of the item.Agree with the engineers responsible for the implementation of each item on the method of implementation and the time required to complete the tasks/items.Review the inventory quantities that have been approved by the (Consultant / Technical Office) and compare them with the quantities implemented to calculate the quantities of the mortal to submit to his direct manager.Coordinate with security and safety supervisors to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and security standards.Review daily reports of all executed works, completion rates, production rates, escalating problems and proposals to his direct manager.Performs other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager within the limits of the nature of his work and within the limits of his abilities and possibilities.

Bachelor degree in architectural engineering with grade (B) or higher is Must.Previous experience 5-8 years with high-end fit out projects of commercial, residential, industrial and F&B projects.Must be a member of Egyptian Engineers Syndicates.Excellent in English communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.Professional use of AutoCAD- MS office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Fully understand the aspects of site supervision and project management.Experience of interpreting and understanding local rules, regulations and design guidelines.Driving license & car.Males only.
