Senior Site Engineer (Architect)

Review and oversee implementation of construction drawings and specifications.Monitor subcontractors’ performance and enforce safety and quality control procedures.Coordinate closely with planning, procurement, and design teams to align on site requirements.Prepare detailed reports on site progress, manpower needs, and encountered challenges.Address and resolve routine engineering issues, escalating critical matters as needed.Independently supervise multiple construction zones to ensure alignment with project design and timelines.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, and local regulations.Track material deliveries and ensure proper utilization on site.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE standards.Support in resolving site conflicts and technical discrepancies.Proficiency in quality control standards to ensure projects meet required regulations and client expectations

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.+3 years of experience managing on-site operations and ensuring adherence to project timelines.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in quality control standards to ensure projects meet required regulations and client expectations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams on site.
