Senior Strategy Analyst.

Serve as the owner of the company's corporate strategy document, ensuring it remains current, internally consistent, and aligned with the evolving business environment.Translate high-level strategic objectives into department-level execution plans, defining clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success metrics for each strategic initiative across the organization.Conduct scenario analysis to stress-test strategic assumptions, identify emerging risks, and develop contingency plans.Track progress against all strategic initiatives and produce regular actionable status reports.Identify and escalate variances between planned milestones and actual progress, distinguishing between execution delays, resource constraints, and strategic misalignment, and recommend corrective actions.Act as the central coordination point between departments on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and minimizing execution delays.Facilitate regular cross-functional strategy review meetings, preparing agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and action items while ensuring follow-through.Prepare strategy progress presentations, board reports, and CEO briefing notes covering execution updates, risks, variances, and recommended interventions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university, required.

Engineering backgrounds are particularly valued given the technical nature of petroleum services operations.MBA from a recognized business school, strongly preferred, particularly for candidates whose undergraduate degree is technical rather than business-focused.Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or strategy-adjacent credentials are viewed favorably and signal structured execution capability.
