Senior System Engineer

Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions to improve system performance and reliability.Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and WSUS.Manage Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Server (DAG), Exchange Online, and Hybrid Exchange deployments.Administer and maintain VMware virtualization infrastructure within the data center.Manage and support Microsoft security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CAS), and Microsoft Purview.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot data center hardware, including HPE rack and blade servers, SAN storage, SAN switches, and NAS systems (HPE, IBM).Manage and deploy devices, applications, and policies using Microsoft Intune.Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.Support and develop solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup & Replication and Veritas Backup Exec.Utilize and support Microsoft System Center suite products.Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.Monitor server health and performance, ensuring maximum availability and efficiency.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system, infrastructure, and application-related issues.Perform proactive system maintenance, upgrades, and security enhancements to ensure business continuity.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or any related field.Experience of 3-5 years in a similar field. MCSE Certification is a mustCCNA Certification is a mustMS Azure Administrator certificate is a must.CEH Certification is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle tasks under pressure.Excellent English Commands.Strong documentation skills.An ability to follow internal processes.
