Job Description

BIM and Technical CoordinationDevelop, maintain, and manage BIM models for all ongoing projects.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure clash-free and accurate models.

Oversee BIM workflows, including modeling, drawing extraction, and documentation.Project DocumentationReview and prepare architectural technical drawings, shop drawings, and design documents.Ensure all documentation meets company standards and client requirements.Manage updates, revisions, and client modifications efficiently.Team GuidanceMentor junior architects and BIM team members.Allocate tasks, review work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.Provide technical guidance on complex BIM-related issues.Project SupportAssist project teams in coordination meetings and technical reviews.Support procurement and construction teams with BIM-related documentation.Provide accurate quantity take-offs and technical analysis when required.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in BIM and Technical Office roles.Proven experience in managing large architectural projects with BIM.Excellent knowledge of BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and associated tools.

Requirements & Qualifications
