Advanced skills in Cost Estimation, Project Estimation, and Pricing are crucial.Technical Acumen: Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and comprehensive knowledge of Technical Office procedures.Field Savvy: Practical experience in the Construction Field, understanding on-site challenges and solutions.Analytical Mindset: Strong capabilities in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management.Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability in Problem-solving and making sound technical decisions under pressure.Career Level: This role is ideal for an Experienced professional eager to take on significant responsibilities and lead impactful projects.
