Senior Tester / Senior QA Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Tester / Senior QA Engineer to help us improve the quality, stability, and performance of our SaaS / ERP system.The role focuses on testing web applications, APIs, business scenarios, and reporting issues clearly to the development team.

The candidate should be able to design test cases, execute manual and automated tests when needed, and help us identify performance or usability issues before release.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute test cases for web, mobile, API, and backend features.Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.Test APIs using tools such as Postman or similar tools.Support basic performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter, k6, or similar.Report bugs clearly with steps, screenshots, expected result, and actual result.Validate data and results using basic SQL queries.Work with developers to reproduce issues and confirm fixes.Review business requirements and make sure they are clear and testable.Help improve testing process, test coverage, and release quality.Prepare simple test reports showing tested areas, issues found, and recommendations.

Job Requirements3+ years of experience in software testing / QA.Experience testing business applications, ERP, HR, finance, or SaaS systems is preferred.Good experience in manual testing and writing test cases.Basic experience in API testing.Technical SkillsGood knowledge of testing concepts and bug reporting.Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.Basic knowledge of SQL for checking data.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.Basic knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6 is a mustAutomation testing experience is a mustSoft SkillsGood attention to detail.Ability to understand business scenarios.Clear communication with developers and product team.Organized and able to document issues properly.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
