Senior Validation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Validation Specialist to join our Quality team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining validation activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, while FMCG experience is considered an advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain the Validation Master Plan (VMP).Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, HVAC systems, utilities, and manufacturing processes.Perform cleaning validation activities.Prepare and follow up on the annual calibration plan to ensure timely execution.Conduct Computerized System Validation (CSV).Monitor validation deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Support equipment qualification, change control, and revalidation activities.Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and other departments to resolve validation-related issues.Prepare validation reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Biotechnology.2–5 years of experience in validation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.FMCG experience is an advantage.Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards (ISO 17025, ISO 22000, etc.).Hands-on experience in process validation, cleaning validation, thermal mapping, and HVAC systems.Experience in Computerized System Validation (CSV) is preferred.Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Very good command of English (written and spoken).Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
