Job Description

Outsource job opportunity at a well-known enterprise in Smartt villageYearly contract Ensure high availability and optimal performance of VAS platforms.

Implement service configurations, integrations, and upgrades according to business needs.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system enhancements and incident resolution.

Participate in new service rollout and UAT validation.

Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.

Support root cause analysis and incident post-mortem reviews

Front-End Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Databases: SQL & NoSQL Web Services: SOAP/REST APIs Linux/Unix Administration Shell & Python Scripting Application Servers (Tomcat / WebLogic)

Network Basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)

UI/UX Fundamentals Excellent oral and written English.

Having strong data-driven analytical skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

High ownership and accountability mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
