Shipping Agency Boarding Officer

Coordinate all aspects of port call activities including scheduling, logistics coordination, and stakeholder communication.Oversee boarding procedures for ships entering and leaving port, ensuring compliance with security protocols.Maintain accurate records of vessel arrivals and departures, including crew manifests and cargo declarations.Serve as the primary liaison between ship crews, port authorities, customs officials, and other stakeholders.Ensure all boarding procedures adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.Provide assistance and support to ship crews and port personnel, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.Perform administrative tasks such as data entry.Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities.

Previous experience in port operations, maritime logistics, or similar roles preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to identify and solve problems under pressure.Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and port management software.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
