Job Description
-Handle bank transactions including withdrawals and deposits related to sites or HQ custody.-Disburse petty cash and drivers’ dues on a daily basis according to the approved schedule.-Participate in inventory counts at operational sites and spare parts warehouses.-Review and record daily treasury movements and submit them to the Finance Department with all supporting documents.-Receive trip documents from drivers to settle petty cash according to company policy.-Review daily project/site expenses and prepare spending rates after matching with the approved budget.-Record daily expenses in tracking reports and submit them to the Accounting Department.-Maintain and regularly update a proper filing system for project petty cash documents.
-1–2 years of experience in accounting.-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Arabic section graduates are welcome to apply).-Residency in 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
