Site Architect

Job Title: Site Architect – Fit-Out ProjectsJob Type: Full-time

Job Summary:We are looking for a Site Architect to join our team and manage the on-site execution of interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and site experience, good knowledge of drawings and finishing works, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the technical office to ensure high-quality execution according to design, specifications, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projectsEnsure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project scheduleCoordinate with the design team, technical office, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representativesReview shop drawings and material submittals before and during executionMonitor site progress and report updates to management regularlyCheck quality of works and ensure proper finishing standards are achievedIdentify site issues and propose practical solutions quicklyFollow up on materials delivery and site requirements to avoid delaysPrepare site reports, progress updates, and snag listsEnsure health and safety procedures are followed on siteAttend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when requiredSupport handing over projects and closing snags within deadlines

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureProven experience in site supervision of interior fit-out / finishing projectsGood understanding of construction details, materials, and finishing methodsAbility to read and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and detailsStrong site coordination and problem-solving skillsGood communication and reporting skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or project management tools is a plusWillingness to travel to project sites when neededPreferred Experience:2–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior finishing, or high-end residential / commercial projectsExperience in dealing with subcontractors and site laborStrong eye for detail and finishing qualityWhat We’re Looking For:Responsible and detail-orientedStrong follow-up skillsGood taste and understanding of design intentAbility to balance technical execution with aesthetic qualityCommitted, organized, and proactive
