Site Civil Engineer (Hotel and Resort Project)

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer with around 3-7 years of professional experience in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil works, coupled with good knowledge of hotel and resort projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering works on site.Support senior engineers and project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical or site-related issues.Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.Participate in inspections and quality control checks for civil and structural works.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.3–7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.Good understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.Familiarity with quality standards and health and safety regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.Good organizational and time management skills.Willingness to work on-site when required.
