Site Engineer

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision: Oversee and manage daily on-site construction, civil works, and premium interior/exterior finishing works in strict accordance with shop drawings and specifications.Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors and site labor to ensure compliance with the project schedule and quality standards.Quality Control: Inspect and approve completed works (finishing, masonry, concrete, etc.), ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.Material & Quantity Surveying: Perform accurate material take-offs and quantity surveying on-site, managing deliveries to prevent any project delays.Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to maintain a secure working environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer (Strong background in luxury/turnkey finishing projects is highly preferred).Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent drafting/reading of technical drawings (Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is a plus).Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
