Site Engineer

Manage all project documentation including MIRs, IRs, RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissionsSupervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements and schedulesPrepare and follow up on client invoices, subcontractor invoices, and project quantitiesMonitor and update the project schedule and ensure achievement of project milestonesCoordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departmentsIdentify project risks, delays, and obstacles and propose corrective actionsMonitor project quality requirements and ensure compliance with approved standardsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reportsTrack materials, manage procurement follow-up, and ensure timely availability of site requirementsBenefitsFully Paid Phone Line + LaptopTransportation Provided (strongly preferred to have a car)Medical InsuranceSocial InsurancePerformance Bonus (3 to 6 months)One-Year Renewable Contract

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering2–4 years of experience in HVAC and firefighting systems within MEP contracting projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and Mechanical systems installation and testingExperience in MIRs, IRs, RFIs, Material Submittals, and project documentationExperience in quantity surveying, invoice preparation, and subcontractor managementAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQsFamiliarity with project scheduling and progress trackingAdvanced ExcelExcellent AutoCAD (Reader & Editor)Excellent English — Reading & WritingMust have a car
