Responsibilities:Oversee and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and timelines.Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee excellence in workmanship and materials.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain project momentum.Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and site documentation.Manage and coordinate site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.Utilize AutoCAD and other engineering software for site layout, design review, and problem-solving.Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
