Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Professional Journey: A minimum of 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Site Engineering, Construction Management, or Site Supervision, preferably within large-scale projects.Technical Prowess: Proven expertise in Construction methodologies, Civil Engineering principles, and practical application of Project Management techniques.Software Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.Operational Acumen: Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Control, Safety Regulations, and Risk Management within construction environments.Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent Team Leadership, Communication, and Problem Solving skills, with a track record of effective Resource Management and detailed Technical Reporting.Career Level: This role is ideal for ambitious professionals ready to take on significant responsibility and advance their career as a mid-level to senior Site Engineer.
