Job Description

Coordinate site visits for customers and arrange inspection schedules.Handle customer requests related to site visits and unit status.Follow up with Engineering and Site teams regarding construction progress and unit readiness.

Support the handover process in coordination with Handover Engineers.Assist in organizing inspections and recording customer remarks.Ensure proper coordination between Customer Service and Site teams.Maintain accurate records of site visits, customer communications, and unit status.

Required SkillsTechnical Knowledge: Basic understanding of building quality, finishes, and maintenance.Organization: Ability to track multiple units, schedules, and reports at the same time.Communication: Clear, polite interaction with clients, contractors, and internal departments.Experience: Atleast 1 yearin the Real Estate industry
