Site Supervisor

Supervise and monitor architectural and finishing works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.Manage and supervise site workforce to ensure productivity and quality standards.Inspect completed works and identify any defects or non-conformities for corrective action.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.Prepare quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, and progress reports.Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Verify completed work quantities for contractor payments and project records.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.Report site issues, delays, and technical concerns to the Project Manager and recommend solutions.
