Social & Culture Specialist
Job Description
Main job duties and responsibilities:Identify required supplies, manage their distribution, and reconcile them according to the allocated budget.Contribute ideas for new activities and initiatives.Conduct regular inventory checks on materials used in art workshops and prepare reports on shortages or surpluses.Record all expenses and materials used in art activities and submit detailed reports to the team leader.Prepare and oversee the execution of periodic art workshops and events.Handle procurement of materials and workshop supplies, including placing orders, receiving, and verifying deliveries.Take responsibility for all handmade items presented during events.Provide detailed reports on items sold during workshops and special occasions.Promote Wadi Al-Fenoon’s activities through art workshops for members.Identify artistic talents among members’ children and encourage their participation in classes to develop their skills.Teach members various art techniques and crafts.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor's degree from a Faculty of Fine Arts or Music.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Creativity and innovation.Accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.Core Competencies:Managing ResourcesLogical ReasoningCustomer OrientedCollaborationInitiative
