Social Media & Content Creation Specialist

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.Create and publish engaging content including posts, images, videos, stories, and live streams.Build and engage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.Conduct content research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain relevant messaging.Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Knowledge of content marketing principles and digital audience engagement techniques.Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.Strong communication, creativity, and collaboration skills to support marketing campaigns.
