Job DescriptionMalton Couture is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team in Egypt.

This role is responsible for creating, filming, editing, and managing content that showcases our couture designs, craftsmanship, and the creative process inside our fashion house.The successful candidate will work closely with our designers and production team to capture every stage of the couture journey—from sketching and pattern making to hand embroidery, fittings, and finished gowns.

ResponsibilitiesCreate original photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.Film behind-the-scenes content throughout the fashion house, including sketching, draping, sewing, embroidery, beading, fittings, and finishing details.Edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, promotional videos, and other short-form content in a luxury editorial style.Capture close-up details that showcase couture craftsmanship, fabrics, lace, embroidery, beadwork, and construction techniques.Develop creative content ideas that strengthen the Malton Couture brand.Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.Write engaging captions aligned with the Malton Couture luxury brand identity.Stay current with social media trends and incorporate them in an elegant, brand-appropriate way.Organize and maintain photo and video content libraries.Assist during photoshoots, campaign productions, fashion shows, and special events when needed.Ensure all published content reflects the high standards of the Malton Couture brand.

Job Requirements

QualificationsPrevious experience creating and managing social media content.Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.Experience filming with smartphones and/or professional cameras.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.Strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in bridal, couture, luxury fashion, or beauty industries.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other creative software.Basic graphic design skills.Understanding of social media analytics and content strategy.Ability to direct models and team members during content creation.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion and visual storytelling.
