Social Media Management (Meta & TikTok)Manage and moderate company pages on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.Develop and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, ads) aligned with marketing strategy.Monitor comments, messages, and trends — ensuring timely, professional responses.Run ad campaigns, track analytics, and optimize performance for better ROI.Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.Manage official marketing and customer communication emails.Ensure consistent and professional tone aligned with the brand identity.Maintain contact databases and track engagement metrics.Coordination with Ground Sales TeamsAct as a communication bridge between the marketing department and ground sales teams.Support marketing initiatives for retail or on-ground campaigns.Provide sales teams with marketing materials, updates, and promotional content.Collect and report feedback from the field to improve campaign effectiveness.E-commerce Channels (Noon & Amazon)Manage and update product listings on Noon and Amazon.Coordinate promotions, product launches, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.Monitor reviews, inquiries, and ratings — ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.Analyze sales performance and share insights for improvement.Development of New Sales ChannelsResearch and propose new digital and offline sales channels.Support onboarding and marketing activation for new partners or marketplaces.Collaborate with internal teams to align brand messaging across channels.

5-10 years of experience
