You will be responsible for crafting strategies, producing content, and optimizing campaigns to strengthen our brand across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTubePlan and manage content calendars, scheduling, and daily postingCollaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for engaging content productionManage and optimize paid social campaigns with monthly ad spends exceeding AED 30,000Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable recommendationsEngage with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a consistent brand voiceStay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates

Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience in social media managementProven experience managing AED 30,000+ monthly social media ad budgetsStrong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTubeExcellent copywriting skills in both English & ArabicProficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similarStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordinglyCreative thinker with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats
