Job Description

Floyd Store is a growing fashion retail brand offering clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories through multiple branches across Egypt.

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist & Short-Form Video Creator to manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts and strengthen our online presence ahead of the 2026 White Friday season.

The role includes managing daily social media activities, planning content calendars, shooting and editing 8–10 short-form videos per week, developing creative ideas for Reels and TikTok, responding to customer inquiries, monitoring social media performance, and preparing weekly reports.

The employee will work closely with the team to maintain Floyd Store’s brand identity, increase audience engagement, and support online sales.

Product photography is handled by a dedicated photographer, so this role focuses on video content creation and social media management.

Work Location:Haram, Giza, EgyptWork Type:Full-time, on-siteWorking Hours:10:00 AM – 6:00 PMWeekly Day Off:FridaySalary:EGP 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in fashion, footwear, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Proven experience shooting and editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, or similar video editing applications.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and publishing content consistently.
  • Excellent written Arabic, particularly Egyptian Arabic, and good English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, engagement, and analytics.
  • Ability to develop creative video concepts, simple scripts, and engaging captions.
  • Strong customer communication skills and the ability to respond professionally to comments and direct messages.
  • Ability to track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare weekly reports.
  • Creativity, organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, sneakers, footwear, bags, and accessories.
  • A portfolio of personally created videos or social media accounts previously managed is required.
