Job Description

To serve as the primary accountable partner for Wink Marketing clients—owning the end-to-end strategic foundation, managing client communication, enforcing review boundaries, and performing quality assurance to ensure every campaign serves a commercial objective and upholds our core mandate:Promised = Delivered.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strategic Discovery & Strategy Briefs:Audit client business objectives, brand assets, target audiences, and competitors to draft documented strategy briefs before execution begins.
  • Account Management & Client Communication:Serve as the single point of contact on Slack/WhatsApp.

Send weekly Tuesday Pulse Checks summarizing spend, performance metrics, and production status.

Lead monthly strategy review meetings focused on meaningful business results.

  • Boundary Enforcement & Scope Control:Enforce client review windows and revision round limits.

Manage scope creep by documenting, pricing, and securing approval for material changes before work begins.

  • Quality Assurance:Conduct strategic and commercial QA on all client-facing deliverables—verifying strategy alignment, offer accuracy, and call-to-action precision prior to client presentation.
  • Promise Register Ownership:Maintain the client's Promise Register board to track all campaign milestones, deadlines, assigned owners, and evidence of completion.

  • 3–5 years of agency experience combining social media strategy, account management, and client leadership.
